GOOD DAY,
VODACOM CALL CENTRE SHOULD HAVE CALLED ME BACK 3 DAYS AGO ABOUT AN PAYMENT I MADE TO RECONNECT MY CONTRACT.THIS IS NOT DONE UP TO NOW AND TOTALLY UNEXCEPTABLE ALL MY LINES AND WIFI HAVE BEEN SUSPENDED AND I CANNOT WORK.
THIS LEVEL OF SERVICE IS VERY POOR ABD I AM REPORTING THIS TO YOUR OMBUD FOR INVESTIGATION.THEY SAID 4 TIMES THE MANAGER IS GOING TO CALL ME AND UP TO NOW (3DAYS) NO ONE CALLED ME.
