The cracked box I've ordered with Shoppee and delivered thru J&T Services was truly unsafisfying. The seller sent this box whole and new. But your courier delivered this just like a broken and recycled box. So disappointing! How is these damages will be charged to J&T and its people who mishandled this item? I've paid for the exact and right amount. But I didn't get the right services. Hoping for your action plan towards this matter. I would not go for the social media to post this and put your company and people into shame, especially the tracking day, time, the name your people and its contact number. Just do your part to correct this matter. Hoping for a positive response with this.
