I did 2 SIM swops 2 days ago. It cost me R400 in petrol as i had to drive 210 km to get to the nearest Vodacom store due to no assistance on line. The swip for 0823388726 has been unsuccessful despite many attempts to get it done. I do not remember if i used talking points. I am not sure what amount I last bought data for. I am a pensioner and had to use electricity money to drive to Vodacom. Please please please ask questions people with short memories have answers to. The last lady i spoke to kept speaking over me, had no empathy and could not use any initiative to get my query resolved. She must have been overjoyed that i resorted to swearing at her. Provided she was awake enough to care by this time.
Could a competent person please be appointed to assist me in getting the swop finalised and Vodacom pay for the petrol if i have to go to Vereeniging again.
0823388726 is the number to be swopped . I did 2 swops. The chap said all my contacts, emails, google, facebook etc will be available again but i cannot get into them. I am desperate for the issue to be resolved. I have been battling with Vodacom now for months
