SIM swap flop - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Vodacom has been giving me the run around for weeks about a SIM swop. I am a pensioner and it costs me around R400 everything I have to drive to the nearest Vodacom store. Please can someone resolve this issue as I cannot afford to drive up and down.
