I have logged complaints and query one after the other and Vodacom is not resolving my SIM swop fiasco. Mr CEO and EXCO, please take a look at your complaints and those on Hello Peter. You will be in for a nasty surprises. I submitted a complaint to this site when there were 500 complaints with 3 resolved. There are now 614 and still only 3 resolved. Is Vodacom intensionally trying to lose business and close its doors?
I cannot keep driving up and down at R400 per trip and I need urgent access to my old emails, WhatsApps and Google. The SIM is still not working.
I use FNB SIM Becks Vodacom is unable or unwilling to resolve my issue. The staff member who helped me has not called me back despite many messages.
