Vodacom - Head OfficeI am a fellow disgruntled client. While I agree with Vodacoms service being past pathetic Sir, you expected the debit order to bounce. A call to warn them and to make an arrangement beforehand would probably have prevented a call and a lot of frustration. I can appreciate your frustration on trying to keep your debts up to date and provide for your family in these difficult times. I sadly have to agree overall there is very empathy or caring and the server returned levels are very poor.
