My cousin went to pep in Chartam, Mthatha in Eastern Cape to courier a parcel. They refused to help her without a store number which was a first since I always use paxi without hassle. I called and requested clarity since I have never had any issue. Qhama the lady from Pep refused to come to the phone and was very rude about it. She was very dismissive and her behaviour is misaligned to good customer service and very much unbecoming for a manager or whatever she is.
