Rudeness, lack of customer experience & centricity - Consumer Complaint for PIE CITY - HEAD OFFICE

There is this one sotho consultant ( white in complexion with make-up) who is constantly very rude towards me at your Vaal Mall branch whenever i buy. You need to train and educate her about customer experience and centricity, Initially i thought she had a bad day when she was rude towards me and my wife, hence i let it go. However this is continuing and i am no happy with her services. I am considering to post this unfair treatment on social media in case there is other lots of your customers experiencing this bad servive fro her at your vaal mall branch.
