Bad service - Consumer Complaint for Sleepmasters

I bought my bed in November 7 and I lodged a complaint in the Balfour park Vincent in East London branch in December 2020. Till today I have never received any feedback and I'm not happy about the bed at all. I always make follow up but still they don't have any answers. Can you please assist
