Aggressive Behavior - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Vodacom - Head OfficeAs a customer I received a lack of information about my contract what amount I should pay and what the terms and conditions are. It was refused when I asked for my contract layout and more information regarding. Thus I I went to the Vodacom Shop in Vaal Mall Vanderbijlpark and we were treated with aggressive and disrespectful behaviour. Thus not resolving any situation and ending in my personal expense to phone the relevant persons.
