Rotten Ripe Mango - Consumer Complaint for Puregold - Head Office

I bought two pcs.of ripe mango at puregold san andres malate manila last tuesday, august 4, 2020 yesterday gagawa po ako ng mango graham sana, ok po yung isa pero yung isa pong mangga ok yun labas pero nung hiniwa na bulok po yung loob nya, so I decided to go back sa puregold today, friday august 7,2020 to have it replace kc yung I.D. ko po sa quarantine is MWFS pero the puregold staff refuse po sa customer service nila, I was told na since ripe po sya consume 24 hours lng dw po. Gusto ko mabalik na lng sana ang pera ko coz I paid for the right amount. Ok yung isang mangga pero yung isa pong bulok sana po mapalitan na lng. I am not satisfied with their explanation kung bkt ayaw nila palitan, nasaan na po ang customers act?
