I started services 2 months ago and given me the run-around for a month for the cable that I was supposed to get. After a month, the customer service representatives told me that there are no lines available in my area so the only option that we have is to downgrade the plan and I agreed. I was not told that there is going to be a 1000 charge for plan change but that was not my fault that the CS failed and did not provided me info that there were no lines here. Should they told me earlier, I wouldn't have signed up for the Air 299 plan.
