A package was shipped to me last Aug 13 from Muzon and based on the tracker, it was in Cainta branch since August 14 and until now its not moving from there. It's been 10 days already. Saw a lot of same sentiments from the review that proves a very poor customer service!!!
The package is about my health, I run out of my vitamins because of this issue! Please take action!
