Item delivered twice which was wrong - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

I bought a coffee table 2 weeks ago and a wrong item was delivered twice. When I called the Shop only then they told me what I chose was out of stock. So now when I'm asking for a refund they are telling I will go on a queue they can't give it to me straight away.
