lay-by refund - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

last year i made a lay-by with Bradlows Vredenburg the branch closed i was told that i can cancel my lay-by and i will be refunded.I sent my banking details copy of my id to the sales lady Nonkoliseko Wagraya on the 26/10/2019 up till today i have not received my refund. i was told that i should contact the customer care my self of which i did with no luck the 0800119933 i was told that they cant pick up anything on the system i should phone the 0216714858 i did with no luck i was told to phone 0102111120 still they could not assist the last number 0114080298 it rings none picks up
