Non excisting service - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Vodacom - Head OfficeI applied on the 6th of August 2020 at Watercrest Vodacom in Waterfall for fibre as per an sms sent to me by Vodacom. After being given the run around by the staff there, I was then told, after 8 weeks, that as per the advert I will get 100 gigs free data until the fibre is installed. Still to date no fibre and now I have been charged for the 'free' data, even after I went into the store to complain when I got my statement. I was told it will be sorted out and will not be charged for this data. To go into that store is actually a waste of time and I will cancel my 2 excisting contracts with Vodacom when they expire.
