wrong nap assignment on our area, eventhough theres an available converge line in the nearest post in our house, it has no power and suggest to wait. for over 5 months no progress in the installation so i reuqested for installation payment refund, but it seems they dont have any plan to return the 4k installation payment. already called multiple times and confirming thatmy application is already cancelled, but i still dont receive any details on the refund for over a month now.
