JITTER - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

Converge ICT Solutions Inc.am Andrew Gregorio, I am residing at Poblacion Sta Maria Bulacan, I made this email to report issues regarding our internet provider (Converge). We have been their customer for almost 3 years now and we havent got any serious issues not until year 2020 started. Because of the Covid19. Me and my sibling (Aeron Jaye Gregorio), which is the account owner decided to work at home as a BPO representative. Since I start working at home, I am using VOIP for my job and whenever I accept calls both parties cant hear each other as in hindi kami nagkakarinigan ng customer ko, We already reported this more than three times but there was no solution given, I tried to contact their online support but it seems na nilalaro lang nila yung mga customers nila, There was a time that I called them pero yung representative kumakanta lang. second contact I was able to spoke to a representative named Yna around 3rd week of June and gave me a ticket number 002 110 752 saying that I will receive an email about the reported issue, More than 7 days have past I did not receive any emails and decided to call again and talk to Allain(ID:5537) last 3rd of July and was told that they will be sending out technicians kinabukasan to see what's going on pero walang pumunta na technician they also gave me another ticket # 002 223 699. I cant work properly, 1st schedule ko is 3am to 12 noon pero pag dating ng 930 am hindi na kami nagkakarinigan ng customer ko and I am forced to log out and hindi ako bayad sa work ko, now my schedule was changed to 8 pm to 5 am which is much worst. from 8 pm , 1am na ako nakakapag trabaho dun lang nagsisimula umayos yung connection nagiging half day pasok ko and starting last week of June, Ineescalate na ako ng Management ng work ko dahil sa internet issues na na eexperience ko and at the same time yung salary ko is affected, tried to do hundreds of speed test pero ang taas ng jitter nila which normal should be around 1-40. please help me resolve this issue with converge
