Sim card fibre - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

We are waiting for fibre installation and vodacom send us the router and a dongle that plugs into the router with 100gig while we wait for fibre installation.The simcard did not work and i called 0821904 they said to me that the card is blocked and i had to put it into another device to unblock it, while doing that the sim got damaged and i was informed by the consultant that i can go to a vodacom shop to get a new sim,i got to the shop in three rivers vereeniging and all they told me they cannot help and i have to call 0821904, so i cancelled my fibre application and will be sending everything back and look for another supplier. My ref numbers for my calls are ref SO200804-144184 and my cancelation ref is ref SR200810-573994
