Clicks Store - Head OfficeMy issue is with Clicks Westgate Mall. I had an appointment with the clinic sister today (28.01.2021)but there was no one on site. The person at the pharmacy said they sister resigned and there is no replacement yet. I find this very unprofessional. Nobody called to say that there was no one to replace her yet or to reschedule or advise to go to another store. I wasted my time going there where as I could have made arrangements with another clicks store for an appointment.

Comment Clicks Pharmacy Queensburgh does not answer their phone.
Patient confirms when she is waiting for meds, they let the phone ring without answering.
I have asked her to collect her meds from dischem in future and will continue advising all my patients to do the same.
I do not have time to sit the whole day on the phone when I have something urgent to discuss with the pharmacist.
