I switched clubs due to the reduced hours after hard lockdown. I spoke to the customer service centre and confirmation was received from Patricia who I spoke with when I transferred clubs as well as assured by Bryan Wells at The wedge that the transfer would be of no cost

I then received a notification from my bank stating the R200 had automatically just been deducted. I have since sent several emails in this regard - my mails have been read - buy no one bothers to respond - no refund received either.
