We booked on J&T using their App. We expected the parcels to be delivered door to door. Tracked it and the branch where they dropped our parcels was sooo far from where we booked. We only knew that the place wasn't reachable by this courier when our parcels returned. We went to the Branch only to be blamed by them by not asking them about the place like seriously? It was on their app. It was understood that they can deliver it door to door. Not to make my Uncle swim water to get there. We asked for REFUND and they're not giving it.
