We don't have internet services since August 30th and it is now more than 1 week. We have called thrice to follow-up for the technician and no one came.
We are paying for the full 30 days charge, yet no internet connection. This happens as well way back of July. From 1st of July up until 7th of July no internet connection.
I expect that my bill wilm be adjusted from the number of weeks that we don't have the service.
By the way, you should improve your customer service support. You should have a dedicated chat and email support as well.
