Incorrect data received - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

On the 30th of March I purchased an upsize bundle of 10gigs for 30 days at r299.
Vodacom only loaded 1.8gigs.
I called Vodacom and they said it will be sorted out within 48hours. Now everytime I call customer care, they can give me no date. How long will this take and am I supposed to purchase more data in the meantime?
