Good day,
I have spoken to several consultants at the Accounts Department, without any success.
Please advise what e-mail address I can use to send a complaint to.
My account was paid and it shows that it is in arrears. Vodacom confirm last week they will update the system, but to date it was not yet done.
I also need to speak to somebody with regards to the finance tick as it seems as if nobody can assist when phone the call centre.
