Disaster cash back or points - Consumer Complaint for Clicks Store - Head Office

For the past 7 months I've spend alot at Click. My card got lost and the store reopend a new card for me. Evertime I get to the store and enquire the cash back or points in my card they just tell that there is nothing on the card, so they called Clicks customer service. The lady assisted me at customer service said she resolved the issue regards regards the cash back / points and that it will reflect on my card and instore after 1 week. 2 Weeks after spoken to customer service I when to a clicks store just to get disappointed again and ti hear again " No, ma'am, the is no cash back / points on your card"

I've downloaded the app and then the app told me to spend anothe R250 before I qualified to receive cash back/ points

I did a complaint through HELLO PETER aswell with NO RESOND, and this confirms how serious customers been taken and been VALUED.

I'm am super disappointed, and will rather support another retailer store that I know I get value and service for my money
