I went to Springbok Pep Home, to ask for a cash savings card, the lady called I assumed the manager who told me, that she don't have time for this nonsense, because how many times must she tells the customers to apply online. This was my first time I asked for this, after I were sent by the two Pep Stores in Springbok, to Pep Home. This was not the first time this lady were rude in my presence with customers. They didn't wear their identification tags, and like she told me, you can complain, nothing will be done
