Very DISAPPOINTED I NEED A REFUND - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH YOUR COMPANY I HAD CANCELLED NUMEROUS TIMES MY APPLICATION BECAUSE IT TOOK ME MORE THAN 6 MONTHS AND NO ONE HAD GOTTEN IN TOUCH WITH ME ON MY APPLICATION. OCT 16 I WAS ABLE TO SPEAK WITH MARITONI LACAP AND CONFIRMED THAT SHE WOULD BE SENDING ME INFORMATION AS TO HOW TO CANCEL. I WILL ATTACH THE SCREENSHOT IN REFERENCE TO IT. WHAT OUTRAGES ME IS AFTER A MONTH NO REFUND WAS PROCESSED BEC MY APPLICATION IS STILL ON PENDING STATUS MEANING NO ONE HAD WITHDRAWN IT TO BEGIN WITH. I ALSO ENCOUNTERED SEVERAL TIMES THAT YOU CUSTOMER SERVICE DROPPED MY CALL. I WOULD KNOW I HAVE A PLDT LINE AND IT DOESNT DISCONNECT BECAUSE OF INTERRUPTED SERVICE. WHAT YOUR CUSTOMER SERVUCE TEAM DOES IS THAT THEY WOULD PUT YOU ON HOLD FOR 30 MINS TO AN HOUR UNTIL YOU DECIDE TO DROP BECAUSE YOU WERE UNSURE IF SOMEONE'S GETTING BACK TO YOU. YOU ARE THE WORST.
