We paid converge installation P1500 last July 14, 2020 but upon checking the area by the installers, they told us that our area cannot be serviced yet by converge and so we were advised to ask for refund from converge.
I emailed the customer service email (Ticket#002799855 CTS-002799855 CONVERGE ICT REFUND) but no reply until now regarding the refund. The reply is always an auto response and not a true response to our email.
What to do about this converge???
