Bad customer service - Consumer Complaint for PEP STORES

On the 01 April 2021,I visited one of your branches in Benoni town Voortrekker str to exchange and wanted to lay-by items for my granddaughter and I was served by a lady called Irene(on a Badge)I was told with an Attitude and without a greeting that the system does not allow for lay-bys"but I will try nevertheless" and she asked for my ID,after I gave it to her she just threw it on to the work station with that same attitude on her face.I was so angry and I decided to keep quite and see what she was saying was indeed true but fortunately the system never disappointed.I am dissappointed by the service that I got from the store that I buy from, from a very long time.
