Unauthorised upgrade - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

In Jan 2021 my contract was wrongly upgraded. Spoke to Gené van Wyk 04 Feb 2021. She was supposed to reverse it and she would phone me 01 April with a new deal. This was never done and it is more expensive that what it was. I want to cancel my contract and no one at the call centre want to assist me.
