1 MONTH DELAY FOR INSTALLATION - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

I paid on April 6, 2020 for the service to be installed. However, I just got a phone call from the installer on June 13, 2020! Unfortunately I was not at home that time so we agreed that they'll install the service on Monday June 15, 2020. I sent an SMS to the technician a day before an even on the exact day but I got no reply. Up until now I'm still sending an SMS to the technician and I'm just being ignored! I also got the same treatment from the agent Elson James Santos. He was prompt to respond back before via email when we talked about how and when I will pay. But after that, I hardly get any response from him when it comes to the follow up!!! I tried everything to have this matter addressed!! Called their contact centre, no answer. Sent an email to their customer service, no response. Chat support, got an error. Filed a complaint in NTC, no response. I'm losing my mind over this specially since I need the connection for my work!!! Converge has the worst customer service! They can't be contacted! It already feels like a SCAM! Paying for something that you don't have!!

I have the same issue. I'm planning to file a legal complaint. I just need someone with the same experience to back me up.
