We requested for an additional 10mbps last 8/28/2020. We received a message that there might be a disruption within 24 hours due to the upgrade and we were asked not to switch off the modem. 24 hours passed and up until now, we still don't have any internet connection. Their customer service is impossible to reach. It's like when you encounter problems with them, all you can do is wait.
