Fraud - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

There was an extra line applied for on my contract in May 2020, which was not done by myself. I was at the Vodacom store at Wonderpark shopping centre. One of the store staff assisted, told me that she cancelled the line from my contract and that i will be refunded. The line was apparently applied for by another client with the same name as myself. The debit order went off my account again, same amount. I want this resolved, refunded, and debit order cancelled or adjusted before COB today, and i want proof thereof. My account nr: I7829774-6

Bet you it wasn't done right? Vodacom is cheating hundreds of clients out of their money. Where is the CEO? WHY IS HE NOT ATTENDING TO YHE ISDUES?
