Scrolling through my phone, looking for a specific furniture, and found the one... very happy but no measurements was written for this furniture. How to know? Down below, there’s 3 online+ 1 general service chat .. I send my request to the first one but no answer, tried the second , the third then the fourth... then one answer from AURELIE finally. Asked for questions about measurements, how to buy, vouchers, etc; but the answer for each question was, check online, check on the website, call the nearest branch, without any proper answer for any question, like she is doing me a favor to answer me, or I’m disturbing her while she is doing whatever. That’s make me angry... even she don’t have an answer, at least, she could do a proper customer service and tell me she will check and let me know about it later, which another guy KOMAL have done very well. I hope that he will come back with an answer soon. Still waiting.
If Miss AURELIE can’t take her job seriously, she can’t make potential client. She feel like she is doing me favor for answering my text without answering my question and I felt this in a rude way.
This kind of person don’t know how to run business and not doing any good to courts either . She is only doing what she has to do without doing her best just for a salary at the end of the month.
I’m really so sad for her.
