I have been calling back and worth about the delivery. No one can give me an update except the same thing I see on your website. You have the wrong expectations timeframe set to your customers. The contact #s of the delivery to Gensan is unreachable. Your representative in Daily Supermarket Branch is very rude and also not answering the phone right away. I had to dial 5 to 6 times every day to follow up.

The cause of delay of your delivery will bring our job to risk. I don;t think it will take 10 days for a cargo/roro from Manila to General Santos. I enquired to other friends who have used other delibery services and it arrived in 5 days. If I have known that your service is terrible I would have NEVER used you. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYONE I KNOW, for the following reasons:

1. Extreme delay of delivery. I udnerstand It's pandemic that is why I tried to understand that it will not be delivered in 4-6 days as stated on your website
2. I reached out for help to get the details of the delivery no one has the initiative to get more/call wherever you sent it except reading what's showing on your tracking site which I also see.
3. It was very difficult to contact your branches. Most phone numbers are out of reach, no one would answer the phone unless you tried to ring 5-6 times. Extremely unhelpful

If no one can provide the delivery status after 10 days it was sent from Manila. I will make sure that this will get out to open to make people aware of how terrible your services are.

We the customers tried to understand the situation and extended our patience. But If you do not understand the degree of importance of the parcel of your customers then let's get everyone know about that.
