Rider blames the customer when he couldn’t find the address - Consumer Complaint for J&T Express Philippines

J&T Express PhilippinesThe address written on the parcel was exact and complete. Including the house number, block number, lot number, street, subdivision, and barangay. I was preoccupied with some important private matters hence I couldn’t attend to my phone for an hour. At that time he txted saying he’s at my street already but i wasn’t able to read it. He called but I couldn’t answer. So i txted later to confirm whether he rang the doorbell at our house. Instead he reasoned out that “your phone was ringing. You didn’t answer it. Now i’m at the warehouse already. I’ll w tomorrow”. That was at 3:30 pm. I’m completely fine with the delay in the delivery. But passing the blame to me just because my phone was ringing and implying that I purposefully ignored his call is beyond the line. Driver is J.E. Martinez.
