I visited Bradlows store Claremont, 4 January 2021to return the washing machine I purchased which is not even working. I've been told by the salesman that I must wait on some authority to authorize this. It is 2 weeks later now without any reply from the store even though I called them again. The new washing machine is standing on my balcony where it could be stolen any time. I have also emailed with and got an automated response that the matter will be dealt within 48 hours. Your urgent assistance in this matter will be appreciated
