I have called Feb 2 to transfer the item near to my mother's plase as she is already 67 senior trying to avoid or reduce going to fat places. Your Bayanan branch acknowledge it. However, until no ACTION TAKEN. I find it no SENSE OF URGENCY, MAY I REMIND YOU THAT DOCUMENTS ARE RELATED TO LIFE AND DEATH ANY MAY COST LEGAL ACTION IF THIS IS IGNORED. I CALLED YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EVEN YOUR CUSTOMER SEVICE IS HORRIBLE. NO HOLD PROCEDURE, RUDE AND INCOMPETENT. REQUESTING TO PULL UP ALL CALL MADE SINCE FEB 2. I HAVE BEEN CALLING YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE MULTIPLE TIMES AND YET NO RESOLUTION. PLEASE HAVE THE DOCS TO BE TRANSFERRED TO PALICO BRANCH ASAP.
