Converge - Transfer of Ownership - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

I would like to file a complaint with Converge ICT Solutions. I have been ran around in circles for more than 2 months and nothing is happening. I have requested to have a transfer of ownership but until today, there is no action. I have been calling them several times and those agents I talked to tell the same shit! They mentioned that they already sent me an email but geez! I provided 3 of my email addresses even my company email address but to no avail. I did not received anything! My internet bill keeps and reminding me to pay but they cannot even action my request! This is completely absurd! Please see attached for my request. All other private information aren't added like IDs. Please help!
