My Daughter was given a Coontract to sign at the age of 16 without my consent . - Consumer Complaint for PLANET FITNESS - HEAD OFFICE

My Daughter was approached in 2019 and told that there was a special for 6 Months for GYM and she will be paying R99. The person that was assisting her had no right to give a minor membership and lie by not telling her she will be paying R229 after 6 months .Now they say she is arrears for R1186.00 and i do not know who will pay as my Daughter is not working.
