High - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I have cancelled my contract and ń December 2020 as we moved to Namibia. I had to pay the balance on of the contract and they took a away my discount. It is April 2021 now and a again Vodacom has taken money from my bank account. Vodacom now owe me 4months of refund but now one is getting back to me or answering the emails.
