Cancellation of contact not done - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Well I phone on the 2/04/2020 to cancel a contract but it’s still not canceled and every time i phone the say they will sort it out and call me back but never call back and the issue is still not resolved im not going to pay that account as i did cancel it
