Poor service - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Vodacom - Head OfficeI brought my voda tab for fixing at empangeni shop knowing that it was insured. After a week or two it came back without having fixed. I was very disappointed for something costing less than R500 to fix, the problem with is it automatically frozen and turned off after the battery was drained due to having not charged, and it never turned on even after a long stay on charger. Hoping that from my service provider I will get help, but with great disappointment. I therefore request my 0725522242 contract to be terminated and caller ID be brought back as soon as possible.
