I would just like to ask something.This happened today.My mother went to LBC branch MAMBAJAO, Camiguin, to ask regarding my LBC balikbayan boxes.We just want to inquire when is the delivery of the boxes to camiguin since we traced it and we foundout its already in cagayan de oro delivery team.The employee then informed my mom that they don't have any information regarding this because it is the LBC Cagayan de oro will deliver it.So my mom asked for the contact number of Lbc Cagayan de oro then the employee told her that they are not allowed to give the number.My concern is, is it really true or it is written in your guidelines that employees has the right to refuse to give the Contact number of a particular branch to track the boxes? Is it not the right of the customer to ask or call regarding our LBC balikbayan box??
