Service - Consumer Complaint for Clicks Store - Head Office

The pharmacist on duty at Howick KZn refused to give me my mums medication received by the government as according to her, they don't do so on the weekends. When I enquired about people coming from the rural areas, the reply was 'I will try to help you'. Then asked for the hospital card which I was never asked for before. My id and mums id were insufficient. It was obvious she was too lazy to get off her chair. We need people like this employed in pharmaceuticals.
