I am hoping I could get a clear answer here since the email exchange I have had with sup***@foodpanda.ph was nothing short of a confusing thread, and we are just going in circles.
Yesterday I ordered from Boulangerie 22 - MaDocs for a cake worth 799php, the delivery charge was 39php for a total of 838php. I missed the call of the delivery guy hence he contacted food panda and have the order canceled. I reached out to the delivery guy as soon as I got a hold of my phone and asked him if it can be re-delivered, he agreed to return and deliver the cake but asked for payment as he mentioned that since food panda already canceled the order it wasn't paid yet. I checked my account and the amount has already been debited, however the driver insist it is not. We paid him in cash and since he does not have any receipt he can provide we took a photo of him accepting the payment in cash instead. I emailed sup***@foodpanda.ph for my concern but all I get are template emails from different representatives.
I hope through this platform I could get proper answer and that I'd get my refund.
