Poor Customer Service and Negligence - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

Sunday, they installed the modem and said it should be activated anytime of Monday. Monday came and went, it was not activated. I called and spoke to their CSR, names John. He told me at first that he needed to get serial number of the modem so he could fill out the form to manually configure and activate my connection. After getting it he put me on hold for more than 5 minutes all the while I was thinking he is already into it just to get back to me and tell me that he will give me a ticket number for the manual configuration and I should wait for 24 hours. I told him I already waited that long and it was the same thing I was told by the person who installed it. He said that I have to wait for another 34 hours and he need to put me on hold again to get me the ticket number then he was gone. He came back after to give me the ticket number. I spent my minutes and time to get nothing done and this company will not even own that. How difficult it is to configure a connection that I should wait another 24 hours and their csr is less than unhelpful just sticking to what he has to say instead of listening to me. They got the payment a week ago for service they can’t even provide on time. They should not be in business for having such a poor business practice.
