Good day. Today I bought a Phillips OneBlade shaver for R 499.00. I got home and opened it to test it. All in working order, I Googled the price of replacement blades and saw that it was R249.00 for one blade. That wasn’t said to me and Clicks Heidelberg Victorian Centre didn’t have any replacement blades where I could see the price. I went back to return it and told them that there was nothing wrong with it, the only thing was that it doesn’t male sense for met to pay R249.00 for a replacement blade. They told me the only way I can return this is if it was broken. I thought to be honest would help, bit this isn’t the way our country works anymore. So I must tell them it is broken and then they will exchange for something else.
Is this the end of the story or can someone please assist me??
