Cancelation of contract - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

My contract was susposedly canceled in November 2020 and December was gonna be my last debit. I find out now its still active. I got debited again. I spoke to like 5 different people from cancelations and they all said they gonna cancel which never happened. Do yourll have incompent staff working for yourll who can't cancel a contract or are yourll trying to rob customers of there hard earned money? I specifically told them I don't have funds for the debit and was told it's all sorted and it won't come out and guess what it came out on the 28th January. I found cancelations and they told me phone billings. Phone billings and they tell me phone cancelations. This went on back and fourth for about 5 times. Clearly your have people who's working there who don't know what the hell they doing. Everytime they say I will get a cancelation sms which I never got till now. I'm wasting my airtime from Monday till now. Over R100s of Rands wasted because of yourll incompent staff. I was now told it will be sorted out in the next 24 to 48 hours. No one is concerned that my money is tied up with yourll. We in a pandemic. People are short of cash and to top it of. We have yourll robbing the people. I need this sorted out as soon as possible I am gonna be posting about this horrible service to every possible platform. Because your staff think they doing us a favor. Some just ignore us.
